You might add such a link within the FAQ itself. I.e. pop up the
frameless FAQ in a new window (though too many of the OVC links already
pop up windows, IMO, rather than stay in the current one). A lot of
news sites to this for a "printable version of article" (but usually I
go there just to get a -readable- version).

This suggestion represents no comment on the broaer frames issues. :-)
