You are right - it's there in internet exploder except that one has to
first click somewhere on the FAQ part of the screen, then call-up "print
preview", then find and select the pulldown that says "Only the selected
frame". Microsoft certainly found an un-obvious way to deal with it.

I inherited those settings from the rest of the website. But I'm happy to
give a change a try. And I dont' see why it needs to be in a table at
all.
