Hello All:

    I debated with myself for sometime before putting this up for the group. I'm aware that this could be considered a partisan issue and we are a non-partisan group. However, I believe it is better to be familiar with this than be surpised by it. I will personally editorialize here and say that I'm always willing to swap tighter voter registration for cleaner, transparent and more confidence inspiring voting systems. As always, this will probably require a no cost registration to the NY Times if you don't already have one.
