I certainly concur that using Free Software for the whole infrastructure
of OVC sends a much better message (as well as just being better
technically, and providing a better range of tools).
But I haven't done anything on the openvoting.org site, nor do I imagine
I probably will. So whatever the actual webmasters decide is their
choice.
