At the moment, the OVC is an informal group. Very soon (as in days), it
will be "A California Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation."

Students at the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law are working
on drafting the Bylaws. After we officially exist as a corporation, they
will handle the application for tax exempt status with the IRS.

These students are overseen by Professor Robert Hunt. Here's a copy of our
