This machine, the IVS Inspire, seems to be a low-cost alternative to
accessible DREs. It appears not to be a DRE but a ballot printer.
It would seem that it is marketed to jurisdictions that want to avail
themselves of HAVA[1]'s provision that allows keeping older voting
machines as long as one accessible DRE per polling place is provided
(§ 42 USC 15481(a)(3)(B)).
