Hello All:

This is an interesting article as Hart discusses their
proceedures of setting up ballots. However there is
the same old refrain that the election equipment
vendor couldn't possibly be at fault. This one is
even more interesting as Hart VP McClure insists that
those mean 'ol voters have been trying to sabotage the
system. I wonder if he needs his medication reviewed?
