each of the proprietary bits in there that we know of (probably not a
complete list but for the purposes of educating Holt's people and the like
shouldn't need to be...):

It's a first draft, we may fine-tune it tomorrow...the PDF is a bit crude
(first time I've used CUPS-PDF) but when you zoom it cleans up OK and should
print reasonably well. I've also included the original JPG.
