Re: VVSG Standards for Electronic Ballot Printers

There's another dichotomy: whether or not the EBP produces ballots
that match hand-marked paper ballots. If the EBP produces ballots
that match in format hand-marked paper ballots, then Alan's
suggestion must hold for both hand-marked paper ballots and
EBP-produced ballots. As such, the proof is better done through the
Precinct-Count Optical Scanner than through the EBP.
