Electronic Voting brochure, which I have written a rebuttal for.

Feel free to quote from it! I've just been on the phone to folks from
Technology Review and the NY Times on this subject (but with no direct
OVC tie-in). The way the ITAA piece looks, though, the hook is there
and we definitely need to make the tie-in.
