I thought some of the MLUG developers might want to take
notice that the State of Wisconsin is seeking bids for a statewide
voter registration system.

As Digital Communications Research, Inc. I have registered
to be notified of state bids that deal with information technology.

I've mirrored what I found listed as of 11:30pm on 5/31/2004
for your convenience.
