Real cost of votes and DREs

Could we start compiling a chart here for States that have bought DREs?

I did some math for Maryland.

Deibold has cost around $80M so far, and using the voters facts from here:
http://civilliberty.about.com/od/statebystate/a/StatesFacts0626_2.htm

with 3M registered voters, of whom about 1.5M vote regularly that is
around $120 per vote for equipment - just to fill out a government form
one day every two or three years!

I think its time we beat this drum and exposed this wanton waste...

I'd rather get a check for $120 from the State and fill out a paper form.
