Karlof, Sastry and Wagner (UCB CS) analysis of Chaum and Neff crypto...

I know there's some crypto heads out there in the OVC cloud... three
colleagues here at Berkeley have a critique of the Neff and Chaum
cryptographic voting protocols in USENIX Security this year... and the
paper and an op-ed they wrote have just been made public:
