This is a video of the second examination of the Unilect Patriot in
Pennsylvania.
The examiner is professor Michael Shamos.
  
Pennsylvania decertified the machines as a result.
The NC State Board of Elections has taken no action to decertify or
even examine the Unilect used in Burke and Carteret.

Joyce obtained copies of the re-examination of the Unilect Patriot
done by the state of Pennsylvania, and I've ripped those to a video
format the should be view-able under Windows. If you've got
