I'd really encourage a peer-review like structure where possible
attack teams submit "bids" for the red-team work that describe what
they intend to do. While I really appreciate the work that Harri
Hursti and BBV have done in FL and UT, I really wish those election
officials had asked for other teams to come in too. anyway, Joe
