Alameda County ROV says Sequoia will comply with open source requirements

I extracted this excerpt from the 6-6-6 Alameda County board meeting. This
blows a hole in AB 2097 opposition that said vendors wouldn't comply.

It's a good excuse to get our bill re-started in the senate.
