Co-authors added for AB 2097

I had a real nice meeting with Assemblywoman Sally Lieber yesterday. She is
the third co-author we've added in the past week. Senator Kuehl and
Assemblyman Koretz have also signed on.

We need more co-authors, and maybe a co-sponsor. We also need endorsements
from groups and more publicity.

I'm still gathering comments for inclusion in the amended version of the
bill.
