That ought to work. If you have a working version installed
already, these are the files that are updated:
Print/PaperBallot.py
data/ps/postscript.zlib
bva/bva.py - check the audio program to use
utils/pdf417.py - new file
I guess your scanner emulates a keyboard when you connect it,
so just start the BVA and scan.
