Problesm with ES&S in Arkansas

Hello All

Kind of sounds like the fox is guarding the henhouse
out there from a careful reading of the story linked
above. If you live Arkansas and are an activist, you
might want to see if you can get on the commission
mentioned. They do note that a paper audit trail
saved their bacon.
