[OVC-demo-team] Critical fix to evm2003.utils.convert

I messed up with my changes to convert.py, version 1.6. I've checked
in 1.7 to fix the problem (with revert() and obscure()), though it
isn't showing up in CVS's web interface yet (it should soon). Jan's
1.5 version is fine too (I made some slight changes that I didn't get
wrong, but they don't effect the API).

For members of the "BRP group", I've corrected the BRP-bundle at:

        http://gnosis.cx/secret/BRP.zip

This fix probably doesn't fix all the issues with BRP, but it might
have been related to the errors in the final report.
