on APR 1) for how it happened.
I wasn't necessarily pointing the finger at you, David. But according to
Eron (as far as I can remember--please forgive me if I'm wrong) these ballot
images were generated with your generator.
The main point: it doesn't matter how it happened. We need to stick with
the same format that we've agreed on. Please ensure your code expects and
generates the file name according to spec.
