The idea here:
v-something is from the voting machine (dummy data created for the demo as
if from voting machine should also have v-something)
b-something goes with the reconstructed electronic ballot images (REBIs)
generated while scanning the paper ballots during the BRP.
The matched xml files from the voting stations get the v- prefix stripped
off and get copied to their own directory.
