OK. That matches what random_ballots.py currently does. It WAS
producing a spurious serial# as part of the filename, but that's changed
(on my own system).

I'd like to make random_ballots.py also generate the graphical ballot
images (i.e. postscript), along with the EBIs. Can someone please let
me know where to find the most current code to transform an EBI into
postscript it? CVS has a Print/ directory with PaperBallot.py, is that
current (once I also grab postscript.zlib).

Also, once I figure out about the directory structure on the CD/ISOs, I
might as well follow that. Specifically, where SHOULD serial.txt live
(and where should the v-*.xml files live).

Right, so these shouldn't be created until something is actually scanned.
