[OVC-demo-team] Need BRP Package Posted to SF

We need to see updated "Latest File Releases."

Right now, I assume evm_files includes some interesting things, but I have
no idea what they are. The release notes don't have much information.

ASAP, I'd like to have a package there titled "BRP" that includes all the
necessary files to run BRP along with release notes that explain what to do
with the files.
