That looks much better. Rounded to .5mm it should have been:
Barcodes begin 7mm from both right and left edge of paper.
Barcode width is 11mm
Top Ballot ID is 8.5mm from top, and 10.5mm from left/right
Bottom Ballot ID is 8.5mm from bottom, and 10.5mm from left/right
It must have been the detour through PDF that caused the different
margins Alan got.
Following Alan's suggestions I have now modified it to:
Barcodes begin 3mm from both right and left edge of paper.
Barcode width is 11mm
Top Ballot ID is 10mm from top, and 17mm from left/right
Bottom Ballot ID is 10mm from bottom, and 17mm from left/right
3mm is the closest to the side my printer is capable of printing.
