I have no -editorial- opinion on specific permissions around Kitkat's

Perhaps I -do- as an individual, but not in the context of this thread,
or as archive maintainer. (I -did- see Alan's earlier posting, but did
not examine the two PDFs to see if they are actually identical).
But I -would- like everyone on the list to pay attention to my prior
note starting this Subject line. That is, it's a really good idea to
avoid posting anything you don't want the world to have access to.
Don't assume the Voting-Project list is in -any- sense *private*
communication: it's publication to the world. Any benefits or
liabilities that come with general publication come with posting to the
VP list.
