Thanks... I updated this with the latest version of the announcement,
and uploaded it. This is preliminary, but I wanted to get something up.
Any administrators are welcome to change it... just do:

    % ssh USERNAME@shell.sourceforge.net
    password: *****
    $ cd /home/groups/e/ev/evm2003/htdocs

Then edit the file(s).

I'll try to improve it myself. On thing is that if any or all list
members would like to send me a brief blurb about them, I can add that
to "The Crew" category. Something like one paragraph--include email or
URLs if you want them listed.
