I listed this on an earlier note. Basically,

    % ssh USERNAME@shell.sourceforge.net
    password: *****
    $ cd /home/groups/e/ev/evm2003/htdocs

I used vim in the shell, but they might have some other editors
installed too. You could also 'scp' to upload files (but be careful
about what you overwrite). Sourceforge has instructions (somewhere).
