I've attached a letter that I have just sent to Congresswoman Anna Eshoo.
We met with Congresswoman Eshoo and staff August 10th. At the meeting, I
handed her these two presentations, among other documents:

The IBM presentation really seemed to have an impact. She wants to see the
government use open source -- not just for voting technology.

I guess Brent was actually a constituent, and I was going along for the
